Scott Winther is the acting Broker of H W Realty, LLC and brings over 18 years of real estate experience and over 500 successful transactions. He is a married father of two and lives in Lapeer, but covers a broad area throughout most of Southeast Michigan and the Thumb area. After 18 years in the business, he has seen the highs and the lows and everything in between, and offers strategic marketing regardless of the real estate climate.
Andrew began his career in real estate in 2006. During his time at the University of Michigan he took a position with Realty Executives Main Street as a buyer’s agent where he gained a passion for the industry.
He is a Listing and Buyer’s agent across all of the Metro-Detroit area. As one of the top 5% of Realtors in Metro Detroit in 2015, 2016 and 2018, he was recognized by Hour Media as a “REAL ESTATE ALL STAR”.
Andrew is co-owner of H W Realty, LLC which was established in 2015.

A significant part of Michael’s career was spent in the financial industry, starting with an operations position at National Bank of Detroit and culminating as a First Vice President at Standard Federal Bank, which later merged with LaSalle Bank / Bank of America. His financial background involved more than 25 years of operations experience, which encompassed the management of over one hundred employees and a number of bank vendor relationships.
Michael is a life-long resident of South Eastern Michigan. Coupled with his financial experience, this provides a unique perspective on the client / customer relationship required in the Real Estate Market. Now with nearly fifteen years of Real Estate experience, his current sales position at H W Realty, LLC allows him to serve the Lapeer, Genesee, and Oakland County markets in a manner which promotes positive economic and community growth.
Meghan is one half of Hable Homes Group, with her husband, Andrew Hable. They work as a team serving all over the Metro Detroit Area. She is passionate about ensuring her clients are more than satisfied with the work she does for them. With a background in marketing and advertising strategy, she brings a unique perspective to buying and selling. Her 15 years of client relations experience helped her perfect how to bring her clients goals to fruition, always striving to give them the best possible outcome with top notch service.
Cole is a lifelong resident of Lapeer with a passion for service in the Southeast Michigan and Thumb area and is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.
